Property owners are required to provide a topographic map to the respective public services in cases such as the drawing up of in life real estate notarial deeds; the mapping, division or area measurement of farmland and building sites; the issuance of a building permit or deed of characterization by the Forestry Department; the settlement of arbitrary constructions according to Law 4178/2013; the determination of coastal line and correction requests or objections to the National Land Registry. 

Our technical office, TSONIS TECHNIKI, undertakes the execution of topographical diagrams, in line with the applicable specifications for each case, either for the above mentioned or other uses required by law.
