ISSUANCE OF SMALL-RANGE CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
A Small-Range Permit (AMK) is required for specific construction works which are defined by law and are eluding your property’s original Building Permit or Arbitrary Constructions Arrangement.
In case of non-issuance, the property becomes arbitrary and is practically unusable, even if arbitrary constructions were regulated in the past. Also, in the event of a complaint, the owner is faced with exorbitant planning fines and other insurance and administrative penalties.
The appointed ivil engineer to isse the permit, gathers the necessary supporting documents as well as any technical reports and plans required on a case-by-case basis.
Once this is done, they are digitally submitted to the Constructions Authority and the permit is immediately issued to start the construction works.
