ARBITRARY CONSTRUCTIONS ARRANGEMENT
The process of subscribing arbitrary uses and constructions to Law 4495/2017, best known as an “arbitrary construction arrangement”, includes a series of tasks and steps by the appointed civil engineer.
During an inspection of the property, building irregularities are checked and registered.
After the owner has been informed of the total sum of the fine, the respective fee, the restitution fee, any alternative payment methods and payment deadlines, the application for arrangement is digitally submitted.
For the final submission of the dossier, the civil engineer should prepare a technical report with photographs of all aspects of the property and arbitrary contrsuctions; a study of static adequacy and a check sheet for structural vulnerability of the load-bearing body; plans of elevation; building plans; sections; coverage diagram or topographical diagram, depending on the provisions of the law for each case.
